Starting or ending a cruise in Singapore? A private car with a licensed driver takes you between Changi Airport or your hotel and your cruise terminal: Marina Bay Cruise Centre or Singapore Cruise Centre at HarbourFront.
Flying in to join your ship: your driver tracks your flight, meets you at the arrival pick-up point and helps with your bags. Add meet & greet for S$10 and your driver waits inside the arrival hall with a name sign. Leaving the ship: your driver meets you at the cruise terminal at the time you choose and takes you to the airport or your hotel.
The price is per car, not per person, and fixed: no meter, no surge. Choose the car for your group and luggage: sedan up to 3 guests, MPV or Alphard up to 5, van up to 9.
Good to know: give your ship name and cruise terminal when you book, and your flight number for airport trips. Ships usually let guests off 1 to 3 hours after docking, so choose a pickup time at the terminal that gives you time to collect your luggage.

Where does the driver meet us?
From the airport: your driver meets you at the arrival pick-up point, or inside the arrival hall with a name sign if you add meet & greet. From your ship: your driver meets you at the cruise terminal. From your hotel: your driver picks you up at the lobby.
What is meet & greet?
For S$10 your driver waits inside the arrival hall with a sign with your name, helps with your bags and walks you to the car. Add it when you book. Without it, your driver meets you at the arrival pick-up point of your terminal and sends you the meeting details on WhatsApp.
What if my flight is late or the ship is slow to let us off?
We track your flight: waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing. Leaving the ship, choose a pickup time that gives you time to get off and collect your luggage (usually 1 to 3 hours after docking). Running late? Message us on WhatsApp.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is for the whole car, one way, with room for your cruise luggage. No surge pricing.
How many people can join?
Up to 9 guests, depending on the car you choose.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start.
