Hotel → Changi Airport: leave your bags with your hotel concierge; our driver collects them at the time you choose, keeps them locked in the car and meets you at the departure hall of your terminal at the time you choose, ready for check-in. Airport → hotel: our driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign, takes your bags and delivers them to your hotel concierge while you go out, usually within 2 hours.
The price is per car, not per bag: up to 4 bags in an MPV, up to 8 in a van. Bags up to 30 kg each; no cash, passports, medicines or valuables in the bags, please. Tell us your hotel, your flight number, the number of bags and, for hotel → airport, the time to meet at the departure hall.
Good to know: airlines only check in bags with the passenger present, so you meet your driver at the departure hall and check in yourself. Allow at least 2 hours before departure for the handover. Book at least 24 hours ahead.

Can the driver check in my bags for me?
No. Airlines only check in bags with the passenger there, so you meet your driver at the departure hall and check in yourself. Allow at least 2 hours before your flight for the handover.
Is the price per bag?
No. The price is for the whole car, one way: up to 4 bags in an MPV or up to 8 in a van, each up to 30 kg. Please keep passports, cash, medicines and valuables with you.
What happens to my bags in between?
They stay locked in the car with your driver. You get a photo of your bags at pickup, and your driver’s name, photo and car plate after you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start.
Who drives?
A driver from our team with a private-hire licence (PDVL). You see their name, photo and car plate after you pay.
