About this tour

A private tour for your group only, at your own pace. Singapore's food tells the story of its people, so you eat your way through the neighbourhoods where the Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan communities settled.

4 hours: • Chinatown: hawker classics, temples and shophouse streets • Little India or Kampong Glam (you choose): spice shops, Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple or the Sultan Mosque and Haji Lane • City highlights: the Singapore River, the old bridges and Marina Bay • 9 to 10 tastings, for example chicken rice, thosai or roti prata, biryani, nasi padang, Nyonya kueh and teh tarik • MRT rides between the areas are included

6 hours, with river cruise: • Everything in the 4-hour tour, with more time in each area • A 40-minute Singapore River cruise on a traditional bumboat (tickets included)

Make it yours: tell us what you like (more food, more history, less walking, vegetarian or halal food) and your guide plans the route.

Good to know: • Easy to moderate walking, partly outdoors. The tour runs rain or shine. • Tell us about allergies or diet needs when you book. • Would you like a private car instead of the MRT?
