What makes a good private tour: check before you book
- A licensed guide. In Singapore, tourist guides must be licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Ask for the guide's name and licence number.
- A licensed driver. Drivers of private-hire cars need a PDVL (Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence).
